Glad they did both the mani and pedi at the same time. The pedi was fine, but the lady who did the manicure was painful and my fingers came out looking worse and bruised after the treatment and very sore for a couple of days after. I'm constantly putting cream on the peeling skin around my nails as she used the machine not only on my nails (badly) but on the skin of the fingers. After removing the polish I've had to smooth out my nails myself and re-shape my nails that are terribly scratched and look awful. Really REALLY disappointed.

Price and gel removal was acceptable. Though the latter was quite done quite forceful at times. Unfortunately, time keeping has always been an issue, I would always wait at least 15-20 minutes past my allocated appointment. That happened on every occasion I booked so I’ve learnt to allow a lot of extra time though I don’t like having to waste time. Location is convenient.
