I had my haircut with Phuong, the director, who was really nice and took the time to talk to me about what I wanted. I overall had a good experience and will return. My only negative comment is that I wanted split ends cut off but when I got home I found that they weren’t all cut off.

the shape did not the match shape originally wanted
tips are stuck on in a weird position making the nails go upwards rather than straight out
all nails have different amount of acrylic, not much support on the apex curve
