This place is just the worst, most unprofessional and disorganised beauty salon I have ever been to. It was not a very hospitable, welcoming or calming environment to be in. I was seen 15 minutes late. I booked the treatments I wanted through Treat Well however they hadn’t a clue what I pre-booked and sat me down to do OPI gel nails when I had booked something else.
The eyebrows were very disappointing too, it felt like an ammeter was doing it, I’ve been getting my eyebrows done for 9 years now and she definitely didn’t know what she was doing. Plus the therapist kept walking off during my treatment to answer the phone, talking to other clients, attending to something in the other treatment t room etc. The whole experience was very uncomfortable and I would never go again nor recommend to anyone! I couldn’t wait to get out of there. I went in very excited and enthusiastic, I left in a very bad mood.
Being within a gym, the salon is what you'd expect - the rooms are basic and functional. The same does not go for the service I received however, which was exceptional. After running a little late with a previous appointment my beautician could not apologise enough and the leg/bikini wax that she provided was the most thorough and exact wax I have ever had. It was also the most enjoyable as we did not stop chatting the whole time! I will definitely be going back to get my legs waxed!
