Sorry to say I didnt enjoy my manicure. First of all I can confirm they have a booking issue. Having read the reviews on treatwell I still went ahead with this place. Never again! Later informed there was a double booking (i wasn’t surprised)The person who did my manicure was harsh with my cuticles, aggressively pushing them back and then pulling them instead of gently trimming. Only used water to soak. 3 days later it still hurts which shouldn’t be the case. Thats how bad it is with wounds!

Very disappointed with my experience. Treatwell bookings should be honoured and properly managed when there’s a double booking. My nails were left very short, with polish on my skin, making the finish look amateur. The cleanliness was also awful—there were clippings from other customers left on the same table where I was having my nails done. I felt uncomfortable throughout and wouldn’t recommend the experience.
