excellent customer service, felt welcomed, I cant think of going elsewhere as the environment was pleasant in nail shop...fantastic wax 10/10, pedicure10/10 and manicure 10/10....ohh yeah 10/10 massage....
Great facial treatment received. I was a bit hesitant to try out a new place and product as I have a sensitive skin- but beautician was well informed on her products and skin types. Amazing ambiance-ticks all the boxes for de-stressing and relaxation!!

To wait 50minutes longer than my scheduled appointment. The lady who appeared to run the nail /beauty bar offered a free treatment because I had waited so long and was going to be late for a personal appointment.
Parking was free too as you can redeem it from fitness first.
Very small set up but did the trick. Would most probably visit again due to the convo wince of their opening hours.
