I booked my facial for Saturday 23rd January 2016 arrived on time and was told I may have to up to 30 minutes as the therapist was on her own. The treatment room was cold and I could hear people exercising outside so it was not very relaxing. The facial was ok but it felt rushed with the therapist leaving the room on several occasions. Overall disappointed given the salon is situated within my local gym.
