I came for a last minute appointment, not sure if there was a language barrier but asked for 2 extensions on broken nails, the shellac was applied but then was told not enough time for extensions - looked so awful - can't believe I paid money.

I thought the technician wasn’t great
She was rushed even though there were barely any other customers. She was manhandling my toes and was just totally unfriendly. She didn’t speak one word to me during the whole thing! When she had finished she just got up and left, she didn’t ask if I liked it or if everything was okay not once!!! 2/10 definitely wouldn’t recommend!

Felt like an inconvenience just being In there tbh. The pedicure wasn’t too good either, l could have got the same result doing my toes at home. The acrylics are nice but there’s black fluff in with the nail varnish from the nails tech’s top.
