I'd been looking forward to a haircut for months. But my hairdresser (Ewana/Yuvana) didn't cut it how I wanted. I requested it short to my neck but she cut it to below my shoulders. I told her multiple times to cut it shorter, and she said "trust me, it will shrink after blow dry, if you want it shorter after drying, I will cut it". Of course, it didn't magically shrink multiple inches, so I asked if she could cut it shorter. But she said "No, I have other clients." It was unprofessional to lie.

I’ve been going to Full Stop for years and usually love getting my nails done here, but this time I am disappointed. My nails are bumpy and chunky, the acrylic hasn’t been filed properly and doesn’t cover some of my nails completely. The finishing is not great and I was left with acrylic on my skin. Unfortunately, I will be going elsewhere to get this set removed and re-done.

The lady was friendly and very quick… took about 35 mins for both hands and feet gels. They look good but I think she skipped a stage. The cuticles were not pushed back etc just the filing/buffing then polish straight on. Not sure if it’s essential but definitely would’ve looked nicer/tidier in the end. If I book again I would like this lady again but not sure of her name.
