I had my Gel powder nail extensions with Full Stop Aesthetics a few weeks ago. The technican who removed my nails dented my nail (middle finger one) and drilled through a lot of my nail, which has left all of them weak, thin and sore.
They also left it unfinished and looking ugly and defended it as a "standard way of doing". That has not been my experience elsewhere or my friends.
It is highly disappointing as I have Christmas parties and holidays coming up and I cannot do anything to my nails

Peas is such an experienced hairdresser. She's very friendly too. She's shown her expertise at a very high standard. Indeed, I am a very happy customer and would keep coming back to the salon.

Everyone from the staff was in a hurry and disorganised. I didn’t have my brows waxed because the lady who was supposed to be there for our appointment never came. Also, they didn’t sterilise the tools they used to do my nails which means that they don’t follow basic hygiene rules. Lastly, they didn’t have POS for card payments.
