I was horrified when the nail tech drilled my natural nails with a harsh drill before starting the process. She put too many layers of powder on and my nails looked so bulky and ugly after- when I got my nails done by Ruby this never happened.

My nail tech was really rude, think her name was Ruby. I’ve never left a bad review before but honestly think it’s necessary in this case. The nail techs don’t speak to you and seem annoyed that they have to do your nails even though you’re paying for the service. When they want you to move you’re hand they won’t ask you to move it at all they’ll just brush your fingers away. None of the members of staff, hairdressers etc seemed to be talking to their clients and there was no customer service.

This was my first time visiting, I was attracted by the offers and decided to give it a go as the location is very convenient being located in the shopping centre. My manicurist seemed to be a novice, she did not seem confident and was hesitant and quite rough, she chipped my nails 3 times whilst loving the UV light around to dry nails, she repainted the chipped nails, it was only afterwards I realised that she forgot to put top coat and completely failed to paint my baby toe nail. My ombre manicure was ok, the nail tech seemed confident in what he was doing, however, had to be reminded that the polish was shellac and needed to dry under the UV light. I had to wait a while between my pedi and Mani and had to change seats 3 times...It was satisfactory overall, I will visit again and hopefully have a better experience.

I’ve been going to Full Stop for many years. This is the first time i had a bad experience there. The technician didn’t seem qualified.
She cut me on two fingers on my cuticles, didn’t apologise. She was struggling to file my nails straight and in turn, made them super short as she couldn’t get the shape right, at one point I asked her if I could just do it myself, and I took the nail file and did it my way.
Pedicure was fine.
