Used to come here a lot and was so disappointed with the service. Got shouted at by one of the technicians and then got called a liar by the one dealing with me. So so disappointed and will not be visiting again.

I usually come here but the atmosphere today wasn’t very welcoming. The staff were fighting with each other, only the receptionist was nice but the rest of felt rushed and rude. I asked help to choose between two nail colours to see Wht they looked like on my nails and the lady told me to do it myself. The threading lady didn’t tell me to stretch my skin and it was bleeding a lot as it was rushed and very rough. And she said it was my fault.

Really friendly staff, trying their best to accommodate, overheard them dealing with a difficult customer, but they remained patient and understanding. Had a nice therapist who tried her best to ensure I was happy with my treatment, love my nails very happy with the outcome

Good prices if you book with the App. Some of the operators are nice they talk little bit when you are doing nails (but some not at all), as you have to stay at least one hour it’s nice when they talk .
