I had take an appointment at 1500 and the female receptionist told me to choose the colour without any directions. And when I told her I want French manicure she said they don’t have time for that. And asked me to sit quickly as they can’t waste time. Aesthetics need to train her on how to speak to customers and deal with them and be polite. Nail weren’t done properly either. No directions as to where I had to dry my nails. Service not worth the amount I paid. LOST A REGULAR CUSTOMER FOR GOOD.

The nails were done well, but the female receptionist (don’t know her designation) was VERY VERY Rude. After doing my nails I was told a high price and when questioned about the rate she told me that she will remove the nail paint which was the extra cost. She was ready to go to an extent to remove the nail paint but not accept her fault. She has no manners or etiquette to speak to customers. I felt totally disappointed with her attitude. Never going there again. WILL NOT RECOMMEND EITHER.

The colour I picked was exactly the colour my nails were done. I picked the gel nails and the nail artist was very quick and efficient
