The staff were kind and supportive, but the technique for waxing was poor and i ended up with more broken hair than waxed so i would have been better off shaving lol

This is my regular place…
I had a pedicure - not gel - and my therapist started to remove my normal polish with the electric file/ buffer. The reason that I don’t have gels is because of the aggressive removal process which has ruined my nails. My therapist advised that she had an allergy to the acetone and that this way is easier for her. I requested that she used the traditional and safer way of polish removal and she agreed to do so.
