Treatwell customers are treated as 2nd class citizens on “standby” until somebody else is willing to pay full price, they then try to cancel your appointment. Early morning, I booked 2 treatments worth £85, arrived an hour early. 5mins to my appointment, the receptionist was calling me, whilst I was in the salon, to say there was an “overbooking” and to change my appointments? Therapist was hungry, yawning, not wearing mask, breathed hunger breath all over me which smelt, unpleasant treatment.

I booked two treatments worth £85, I booked early morning and arrived an hour early. 5mins to my appointment, the receptionist was calling me, whilst I was in the salon, to let me know there was an “overbooking” and to change my appointments? She had the entire morning to call if this was the case. I was upset throughout treatment.

Great massage, I was a little apprehensive as I don’t often get massages and doubt how effective they will be but this one was great. So great I’ve made a promise to myself to go and see her every 2 weeks!

The atmosphere when I arrived at the venue was messy, the person at the reception wasn’t very receptive, the person that has done my nails rushed with absolutely everything, at the end it was okay, very average. The manicure desks were very dusty and dirty.
