Worst SNS manicure I have ever had! The technician clearly doesn’t know how to do sns properly. The nails are clumpy and thick, the ends are sharp and my cuticles bled from aggressive filing. Waste money as I will now need to go somewhere else to have them fixed

Awful service. Double booked me because they’d not accounted for Treatwell, then my rearranged appointment started 20 minutes late with no warning or apology - despite having called me earlier to check I would be on time! After an adequate pedicure I was then told they didn’t have a card reader so I had to leave stuff there while I went to the cash machine - their guidance on the location of this was also wrong. Completely undid any relaxation I’d had!

The nail tech cut off not only my cuticles but also the skin around my nails so I now have hang nails growing back and uneven cuticles. She did not shape and file my nails properly despite my asking for a sharp square finish. The old (dark) colour was not removed properly so around the edge of some of the nails you can see it poking through next to my new nail colour! The paint wasn’t applied evenly to all the nails either. Could have done a better job at home. Will be going elsewhere from now
