I feel like the woman who did my nails did not have enough experience and training. She kept yanking my hand and was very unfriendly. When she filed my nails, she kept filing them too much to the point I would bleed. She was not careful when clipping my dead skin and would clip live skin and make me bleed. She was aggressive when pushing back my cuticles and it hurt so much. I told her to be more gentle but she didn’t seem to understand! I am never coming here again - steer away from this place!
