The staff are very polite and welcoming.
I did my nails, eyebrows and haircut with them today.
Each of the staff took care and listened carefully to my requests.
I especially love my haircut. My layers and bangs never looked this perfect before.

The prices quoted on treatwell (the full price excluding any discounts) is not what I paid in store. I was asked to pay a lot more in store (bearing in mind I had my acrylic nail extensions done short because I type often on a computer) and I was only told after my appointment had finished that they accept payments in cash or a bank transfer to their LTD company account. Both of these things left me feeling like I couldn’t trust this business which is why I won’t be going there again.
