Really disappointed by my experience at this salon - from start to finish - and this isnt the first time I have had an issue with the services received.
There's a significant number of staff turnover at this salon, which means never having a consistent nail tech to do nails to a good standard. You never know what you will get - I will not be returning again. The staff are polite but the manager does not appreciate customers and is more interested in her partner.

I have come here twice and the reception staff are nice but the nail tech is just so rude and abrupt. Everything i said was an issue - and no help with colours or advice or design options. She kept pulling my hand roughly and always tapping and shaking my hand for attention to like twist my hand and stuff. I had the same bad experience last time and was actually dreading going back but thought may give it 2nd chance. Just not an nice experience on your day off as a treat. Shat on my day 2bh.

The therapist who did my pedicure was so rough when removing my cuticles, she was rough when painting my nails but wasn’t rough when removing the hard skin. My feet looked exactly how I came in just painted.
The nail tech was agitated for some reason and instead of telling my to relax my hands as I know I wasn’t at some points, it was a while since I had my nails done, she just kept fixing my hand roughly and fidgeting in hair chair.
The attitude of the workers ruin the expensive

Hannah is very gentle, experienced & quick in her job. My nails looked lovely. I always try & book my appointment with her if I can.
