I thought they weren't too keen on doing my hair as i wasn't a direct booking. The nail manicurist was asked to dry my hair and i got singed a bit cos she didn't know how and i ended up drying my own hair. It later emerged that the finishing service was not included in the price. But considering my hair was dripping wet, and it was winter, i was surprised that i was expected to go out like that. I havebeen to many salons in many countries, but I haven't encountered this in any salon.
If that is how the deal is structured, I think they should clearly say that th customer is expected to leave the salon with dripping wet hair - and that way, the customer knows what to expect.
