Karen is excellent at her job. Very experienced and I always leave feeling happy and relaxed. Very friendly and puts you at ease. I’ve been to many salons before and always felt uncomfortable as no one talks to you. This is not the case with Karen. I actually look forward to going to the salon these days instead of dreading it. 🤩🤩🤩
