Treatwell does not communicate with venue on bookings. My appointment was moved and then I was rushed. Only half an hour for what should have been an hour. And I was charged full price. Not happy. Won't use treatwell again.

Awful experience. Not coming back. They didn't told me an extra treatment they did on my hair so in the end I paid +£50. I spent all morning there, the stylist didn't know what to do so she was asking the other stylists all the time. My result is not what I asked for.
