Tracie made me feel so welcome and looked after. I'm an awkward one at best, and had no idea what I wanted but she was patient and gently asked questions to get the info she needed. I didn't feel pushed or stupid for being unclear, although I know it must be frustrating! Resulted in a great experience with lovely result, and I'm very happy with my fresh haircut, which answers my current needs. Will definitely be back.
