Paedicure and manicure was great and thorough. Excellent attention to detail. I was offered coffee, tea or lemonade and opted for lemonade which was fantastic. The environment was chill.
However, I am bit disappointed that I didn’t get the callus peel despite it being in my order. I was also asked to pay despite having prepaid. It would be a good idea to check the bookings before starting the service. No hand soak and being left there without a proper send off.

I was charged £200 for half a head of highlights wich on previous visits cost £130-150 it also felt more rushed this time so felt a little ripped off but I appreciate that it can cost much more in other London salons.
Ana was nice, a little quiet but explained that she likes to concentrate on her work which I appreciated.
I felt that my colour was a little underdeveloped and more brassy than normal. It's not bad I just prefer a cleaner less yellowish blonde.
