Booked in for a last minute hair cut and the salon was so nice. Had a great chat with some of the staff, and then a really stellar cut from Mark. Appreciate how friendly everyone was there, and thrilled with how my hair turned out

Maria was great, however, booking management could be improved as if appointment is booked for 10am be ready to wait 10-15 mins until it starts. It could be good idea to start bookings from 10:15 then so therapists have enough time to prepare the wax and materials.
