Ann was running late for my appointment and I have come to accept that happens pretty frequently in the beauty industry so I wasn't too bothered. However, the staff was so kind to offer me a complimentary intense conditioning treatment whilst I waited! Once I got into Ann's chair, she was pleasant, kind and extremely thorough. I've nevery had such a methodical, detailed and precise cut before! I had a great experience and will be back!
