The staff was nice but the quality of the service was poor, the hair washing wasn’t pleasant, felt like being scrubbed. When blow drying my hair she burnt me a couple of times and when untangling my knots she also hurt me more than twice. Then she undid the curls by opening them when I had asked her expressly not to. She then tried to fix it straighteners and managed to end up with some curls that didn’t hold long as hair was dry. I won’t go back even but the attitude of the staff was good.
