My overall experience wasn’t amazing. I booked for a wash, cut and blowdry and an additional curly blowdry. I booked for medium hair cut and was told that my hair was long and was therefore charged extra on the day despite it taking about 10 minutes to cut my hair due to it being a simple trim (regardless of length). The curly blow dry that I paid extra for lasted about 1 hour so was essentially pointless. Appreciate my hair is fine but curling tongues should have really been used for it.

Nails looked amazing tho I was in pain for 3 days after because every single finger and big toes were cut a lot and bleeding :( the treatment started 1 hour late and ended at least an hour longer, I was around 4 hours at the place which is too long in my opinion. Wanted to come back but not so happy after I had a thought. Nice lady though.
