she only did a "nail polish removal" procedure and told me I had to pay an extra 5 pounds more than the amount I paid. I had already paid 10 pounds when I made the appointment before going. Her explanation was inadequate. Money-grubbing. The salon was empty anyway even though it was the weekend. I don't plan on going again.
