Appt before ran very late and I had to sit in a chair next to them and kept having the hair dryer blow on me. Asked for a straight cut and for it to be blow dried to have volume and the ends curled under. Cut was not straight (fixed long piece myself at home) and blow drying to have waves that were just going to fall out (and mask the pieces that weren't cut straight) was a big waste of time. Please just do what the customer asks for in the future.

Overall not a great experience. The massage room had quite a bad smell and the bed was very unstable and creaking. There was drilling happening during the facial which was loud and the music playing was from YouTube so there were loud adverts every 5/10 minutes. The massage itself was mainly just a facial with some cleansing and left me with a face mask for 10 mins. The therapist didn’t seem to want to be there at all, didn’t speak to me, kept going on her phone and leaving the room.

The treatment and care were good. Unfortunately the price charged was much more than expected..Booked one month in advance and was told would not be charged walk in rate. Yet I was charged same rate as when walking in - 45 for manicure/pedicure each plus 20 for gel removal for hands. Was quoted 35 when making booking. Sadly not sure I will return.
