Terrible customer service. They were only nice when addingincreasing prices £35 for a manicure done so badly no shape, caused a lot of bleeding.

I still have a huge long strand she forgot to cut!! Greeted nicely but then another staff member just came in pointed and askedus to sit in a chair, very abrupt and not welcoming. No proper consultation just asked how long and didn'tanswer any questions we had.

Timekeeping was terrible. My gel mani pedi took a record 4 hours, the lady next to me her therapist was also very slow and had to book her in to come later that day to finish, the lady who was already postponed by 1 hour was then made to wait another half hour. The treatment itself was good but by the end of 4 hours i was numb from sitting still for so long. I wont be going back.
Nail or Gel Polish Removal
Quick and efficient express gel Pedi and removal. The therapist was great; really thorough, friendly and professional. I am a return client here and will be back again.
