Really nice Salon and Lounge which is set back behind reception so it has a nice private feel.
Victoria was very friendly and took over my appointment when her colleague was running over as I mentioned I had to go back to work so I really appreciated that.
As a larger/‘plus size’ customer I found the salon chairs really comfortable.
Going to book in another treatment but directly with the salon. Thank you Victoria.

My first visit to this place was not great. The nails were done very badly. However, on complaining they invited me back to rectify the issue. The nails I now have are exceptional and exactly what I asked for. I wasn’t made to feel bad for complaining either which was lovely.
