Terrible owner and customer service. It’s a shame as the staff are nice and caring. The owner is self-entitled, rude and a pathological liar. Please save your money for a more professional experience with people of class and intelligence.
Unfortunately total waiting time exceeded 35 min and having paid 57£ I’ve been quite terrified. Manicure specialist didn’t speak any English ( like none) and didn’t know what infills are ( smth I’ve paid 57£ for). She clearly was unhappy to stay over time. I ended up leaving the premise 2.5 h later with poorly made different length nails. Administrator was very attentive trying to make tea, encouraging to wait more etc. I think they should be careful with the service client paid for and what personnel can provide with. What a waste of 60£.
Lovely haircut and blow dry, the shampoo used smells amazing and my hair looks so much healthier . The hair stylist gave advice based on experience and what they believe looks good and I trusted them. Nicholas is an amazing stylist , always ask for him. I had to wait quite a while for my turn due to shortage of staff as it was a last minute booking . However they made it up to me by offering a free volume treatment and I appreciated that.
I have be to the salon many times but truly disappointed with this appointment. My left hand cuticles were done so badly they bleed and hurt next day. It seems that there was no understanding of process or any technique, because was result of horrible. Both hands are patchy, gel applied in such thicker layer. Never was asked if I wanted to have mine nails shaped differently or even file down the length, I realised it only when it was late. Please ask somebody from management to get back to me.
