I booked an appointment with Kamilla. It was changed to Irina. When I arrived, I was told that Irina had to leave so Sherell will fix my two broken nails,but she can't do gel overlay. I was told she had nearly finished with a previous customer. So one hour later finally Sherell called me. I had lost my patience when she couldn't find a right size for a few minutes and I decided to leave.
Don't lie to clients about wait time and remove staff from TW who no longer work for you!
