Listen to the reviews. There not lying! I thought given the mixed reviews that I would give it a chance but it was not worth it. Got there bang on time and was immediately told I’d have to wait 20minutes. Then it got pushed out again and again. I didn’t get hair washed up 40 minutes in then got a ‘free mask’ put on which sat for another 15 just to waste time as wasn’t ready.
Long story short don’t go here. Just strange and not nice, rude people. Guy that did hair was good thou but not worth it.

It was the worst salon experience ever. Firstly I’d like to make them aware Riyana did the best she could, but she was not able to do the callus peel. She was not trained to use the drill, so that had meant we did not actually get a callus peel. My feet was not any different to when I had walked in. It was a very bad experience, the management did not care about their customers as they gave an inexperienced member of their team to do the 4 of us! My mothers feet was barely touched !!

The treatment was done by a trainee who did not have much experience and only took 20 mins when the treatment was a 30 mins.

The worst treatment I ever had - had to wait for 15 mins before the start, then a rude receptionist started washing my hair, then she asked another employee to replace her to condition. The other employee appeared under-age, had no idea what she was doing, poked me with the bottle twice and left me at the water basin.I complained to the receptionist which returned 10 mins after the girl left and instead of apologising was rude and teared my hair when brushing whilst also speaking on the phone.
