Do not go to this salon. I am bleeding, my nails are so sore, they booked me with a technician on the app who has already left. I was not given the service I paid for. I left traumatised and completely unhappy. I was not offered a refund although I complained. Fir some context I have been going to this salon for about a year. When I went in everyone had left despite being lied to and booked in with new staff and management. Very deceitful. Also moved my appointment by 4.5hours

Really happy with the finish of my gel overlay very attentive to details . my interactions were taken accurately by staff. Made me feel very welcome and lovely to talk to.

I had a good past visit, so I returned. This time was not great. I was on time foe the appt & was left waiting 15min before being seen, with no apology. Then their hot water was not working, so my hair was washed with VERY cold water, they didn't even use conditioner (I suspect because it was too cold) again no apology. Then the bib/gown they gave me had an open front so when the stylist was cutting the front of my hair, the trimmings went on my clothes. Haircut was ok, but experience was not.

I felt like a lot care was taken when waxing my eyebrows. I have sensitive skin and I am quite picky about my eyebrows, but they Iook great and weren’t too sore or red afterwards. It was a very professional and relaxing service
