The worst treatment I ever had - had to wait for 15 mins before the start, then a rude receptionist started washing my hair, then she asked another employee to replace her to condition. The other employee appeared under-age, had no idea what she was doing, poked me with the bottle twice and left me at the water basin.I complained to the receptionist which returned 10 mins after the girl left and instead of apologising was rude and teared my hair when brushing whilst also speaking on the phone.
