Cons: absolutely horrible customer service. I'm new to the nail world, and I explain what I want, and asked what they recommended, and the girl just rudely responded: ''so what do you want?''. She was so annoyed I didn't know the difference between gel and infill. Also they cancelled my foot treatment on the spot. Another lady had to wait for 40 mins. Total disorganised, not respectful of clients' time & schedule
Pros: clean aesthetically pleasing salon, great work.
I won't be coming back.

I've been using this as my go-to nail place for a while now and have recommended it to friends, but lately appointments have been way later than schedule and unfortunately I feel the service has deteriorated. My last appointment started about 45 minutes late.

My appointment was at 5.15, wasn’t seen until 5.45, nails damaged, smudged and patchy. Worst manicure ever and even worse customer service. They even called me to ask where I was 25 minutes after I had arrived. Do not recommend. Took two hours to get my nails done
