Scam! I booked an Olaplex treatment which is supposed to be a 2-step treatment (no.1&2). The staff probably thought I didn’t know any better and only did one step, no.2. When I called them out they said it was because of the discounted price. Well, why would you put out a discount in the first place? Overall I paid well over a hundred pound including a haircut and it turned out average. The guy that did my hair couldn’t be asked to do his job.
Never going back. No wonder there was barely any customer. Very poor experience.

A complete hassle , they had no clue, put me through to wrong appointment just for me to find out later that there's no one there to take the appointment. One person said the they are eon holiday and the other one said it was sudden sickness. And next available time is in 5days. They promised to try to organize an appointment for me for Sunday (2days later) and to let me know but no contact from them at all. As it stands I've paid for an appointment I never got and walked there for nothing.

Bad experience, lasted 40 min , left with wax in my face and hair still around my eyebrow. Practitioner doesn’t seem to have experience, was very slow and unfriendly.

Anastasia has always provided the most outstanding service, I have been doing manicure and pedicure with her for a year now and have always left the salon extremely happy and content with her job. The quality of both manicure/pedicure and the colouring was always on point. I had an issue before with a lot of therapists that my nails would not grow long and would break, but never had that after I have discovered Anastasia. Moreover, she is also an extremely pleasant and nice person !
