Very rough. Pulled my eyelid, put stuff in my eye, my left eye burnt with the glue... In general very brutal around my eyes. Couldn't explain they wanted me to move my head, always trying to shove me around Very poor communication. Studio looked very cheap (and smelled very strongly like nail polish remover). Felt brutalised, not cared for and poorly advised. I cried upon leaving the studio Realised afterwards that they cared so little they put wax on my cashmere sweater... Aweful experience
