I came in with nails that were done at another salon. I hated them and booked a soak-off and a full set. Keri was very patient and kind. We had some trouble getting the bad acrylics off but had a laugh about it. She is very skilled and delivered exactly what I asked for. The other staff is very kind and I left a happy customer. Will definitely be returning 💕
Treatment was okay, not as thorough and a couple of times I actually had to ask to correct or clean up missed spots(pedicure was bad overall, had to finish it at home). The venue itself is not very comfortable especially for pedicure
Really hate to leave such a bad review but this place should absolutely be avoided. The basement is run down and dirty and the treatment was not good at all
I wouldn’t go back here - it was a rushed service, (took 45 minutes for something that usually takes 90 minutes). Lack of care and attention - poked me in the eye which caused the glue not to stick. Accidents happen but it wasn’t recovered. Overall a waste of time/money as all but 2 lashes had fallen out within a week. I didn’t bother to complain as mid-service I overheard how another complaining customer was gisgracefully dealt with and how rude the staff were about her as she left. Avoid!

The girls at G.O.A.T London are fab! Sophie is amazing at lashes and is so caring and attentive. The girls deal with any incidents incredibly and I will be recommending the salon to all of my friends! I’m giving them 5 stars but I’d give them more if I could!
