My first time at the salon.
The staff was friendly and helpful and, I must say, I do like the end result as I left with beautiful full lashes. However, the experience of having the lashes done was quite an unpleasant one. I have been doing lash extensions for years and I never had so much tape used on me before, which was quite painful to peel off. The therapist was not gentle at all and I had more than a couple of painful moments during the procedure. At one time my eye lid was pulled so hard, I didn’t know if I could keep my eye closed and was even scared for my eye.
I don’t think I will return.

My natural eyelashes were not cleaned before applying the extensions! Lashes look amazing however don’t last as long as an extension should. 1week and they fall out.
