The take off took over an hour and left my nails in an awful condition. The new gel paint bled to the edge of the nails and the finish is lumpy. I will have to have it re-done. She was clearly trying her best but genuinely the worst gel experience I’ve had in over 10years having them done.
Lydia was a lovely person and checked that the pedicure was to my liking which it was. Very happy
