Result was rather disappointing. As it was first time using this material for me colours and process of application wasn't explained well to me which led to a very bad and non natural french manicure result which in light had hot pink streaks . Management did very little to rectify the issue and requested additional payment to rectify to what I had signed up for. Employees were very happy to help however. Addressing this gave me a headache. Not very good customer service from the management side

Sophie was absolutely lovely! So friendly and a pleasure to chat with I would not hesitate to book in with her again she's a darling
lashes reflect the price. all clump together and fall off within 1-2 weeks but they say it’s bc of the weather but i’ve had my lashes done elsewhere previously and they’ve stayed much better. the extensions literally fall off the lash, not with the lash when the lash naturally sheds. it’s not value for money

had infill before 3 weeks and had terrible experience. tech was agitated throughout appointment, rough tugging at my eye. randomly took off my eye pads without saying anything and started bitching to receptionist about girls coming in after 3 weeks. then walked out for 5 mins without saying anything. came back and said i was done w 20 mins left. manager called me after and only offer 20% discount but they always do discounts. was told owner would call me to sort it never did. im not coming back
