Sophie was lovely and did a great mani / pedi, she was attentive and nails look amazing
Only thing i didn’t rate was the smell in the salon: not much fresh air and smelled very strong of chemical products...
Love my nail extensions! Keri is great at what she does & extremely friendly.
To be honest, disappointed. I wish I can submit a photo to show you how my nails look like.
eyelashes were fine but retention is definitely not great. but the therapist didn’t say anything re aftercare or clean my lashes before starting and then told me i need to book a soak off and new full set next time ? this is my second time here and my first set of infills. i’ve been having lashes for years and never been told that. seems scammy / money grabby

I had never had overlays done before and wasn’t sure about what I wanted exactly, but Lydia was really helpful and did a great job with my nails!
