I appreciate that COVID regulations mean it’s difficult to capture the salon atmosphere, but I feel more effort could be made to make the set-up not seem quite so slap dash. A privacy screen by the treatment bed would be a good step. Other staff not making personal calls in the same room would be another. Luda is lovely, though.
