I had lash extensions done for the first time and didn’t know what to expect. The staff was very welcoming and took the time to go through the different treatments and recommendations with me based on the result I wanted.
Sabrina took care of my treatment and she was very friendly and thorough.
I was completely blown away when she showed me the result and I’m so happy with my lashes.
Would definitely recommend!
This looked like a makeshift empty shop that someone had decided at the last minute to put a couple of therapist chairs in. The reception was boiling hot on account of all the glass windows and had no privacy for the same reason. The basement therapy room had cracks on the walls and was a tiny space. I was the only customer in the entire space. The treatment itself was ok.
My friend and I got our brows done, Sabrina is amazing the staff are friendly the salon is clean and cute. My brows look incredible, I’m so happy I almost cried! Thanks ladies:):)
Sadly my classic eyelashes were not great. Half have already fallen out since my appointment this afternoon as a lot were stuck to my skin and not the lash. I was left with a lot of black marks on my eye lids that have been tricky to get off (I’ve had eyelash extensions many times before and this hasn’t happened) plus Cherry was having problems with the glue. My appointment also started 25mins after it should have meaning I was late to my next arrangement. Unfortunately I wouldn’t recommend.
Amazing experience... the whole team are absolutely lovely! The salon is very clean and they’re being COVID-sensitive which is really re-assuring! I had Cherry do my treatment - she’s incredibly attentive and was giving a lot of attention to small details. A go-to if you’re looking for lash treatment... will have to switch from my usual go-to soon!
