Overall I was pleased with the quality of my treatment. There were a few things that detracted from my experience: 1. My style wasn't finished well. I wasn't asked how I wanted my hair done, it was just roughly blow dried and was left wet at the back. 2. At the end my stylist said that as she'd used toner it would be an extra £30. She said that toner needed to be used and I should have known. I refused to pay, because I should have been consulted. They should be upfront about pricing.
