Previously in this salon, I have felt pampered, valued and left feeling wonderful. This time I was late which was 100% my fault, I apologised repeatedly, but I was met with a frosty reception and was thoroughly told off. I had prepaid, I got the impression she was disappointed I turned up. I was struggling with crutches and clearly upset. At £55 this was an expensive treat that I had been looking forward to. I thought I had found my ‘forever’ salon. Sadly not anymore.
