I got Cezanne hair treatment three times at the Salon. The first time was phenomenal. The second time I got it done, it was really good until I washed it and absolutely no difference after. I was so blown away the first time that I decided to give it another try.
So the third time is somewhere in between first and second. Not sure I'd try it again to be honest as I took care of my care with the same products and same after-care all three times and yet the results seem inconsistent.
I have to say, though, the staff and the venue are solid.

Very professional service - clean salon who are prompt and quick . Only reason to lose the star was staff could have provided more information on different types of polish (e.g. gel vs normal) and what colours are available in each. In addition the staff member who served me did not inform me the treatment was over just left me to dry my nails but didn't come back to say I could leave.
