The staff is lovely and the salon itself is perfectly nice. They use great Kerastase products, and my hair wash was long and relaxing - as much a message as anything. My stylist took quite a bit more off than I asked for. If I were more sensitive about my hair I might have had an issue with this, but I ultimately feel that the cut looks good so I don't really mind. Overall it's a good salon and the people are nice.
