It was the first time I tried Treatwell and this venue. I was really happy about the experience. The price was good and the result was splendid. For sure I will come back! Thanks Frankie for it!

I had a massage here on my birthday and was really disappointed. The masseuse was running late, so she rushed me into the treatment room and asked me to prepare. She then proceeded to check the booking details and price with me while I was on the massage table. The booking had not come through correctly (unsure if this is a problem with treatwell or the salon) - she had the timing as 30 mins when it should have been 45, and the type of massage was completely incorrect. She then said that she wasn’t trained to carry out the massage I booked, so she would only be able to do a back massage. The massage itself was fine, but I was not relaxed at all due to the miscommunications. When she finished, the masseuse left very abruptly as she had another client waiting. The overall customer service was not good and the massage did not relax me.
